These terms of sale apply to every guest of hotel PASHMINA, for the rental of rooms and Suites, Cosy Home and apartments and all services provided by the hotel. It is valid for all bookings.

 

PRICES

The prices on the website hotelpashmina.com and in various brochures and advertisements, are established, unless otherwise specified, on the basis of a stay of seven nights from Saturday to Saturday with half board for rooms and Suites, with B&B for Cosy Home and room only for the apartments.

The hotel reserves thereby the possibility of revising the rates for any other type of stay. The applicable rate will be the one sent in our proposal.

Half board includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner menu without drinks at the restaurant "Base Camp". It begins with dinner the night of arrival and ends after breakfast on departure day. The non-consumption of one or more meals will not give rise to any refund.

The rates provided by the hotel do not include tourist tax. This surcharge is payable at the time of departure. For information, this tax is 3.30 € per person from 18 years old per night. The amount of the tax is likely to vary according to the legal provisions in force and the hotel will automatically apply the new rate although this can be the subject of any claim.

Also, any change of the official VAT rate will automatically affect the sales prices.

 

TYPES OF ROOMS

Several room types are offered by the hotel based on availability upon booking request. The room type is confirmed only when sending the confirmation, subject to availability.

For a preference regarding the disposal of the beds, the guest will be requested at time of booking and subject to availability. Without special precision rooms will be allocated according to availability and beds prepared according to their default configuration in the room.

Crib: The request must be made at time of booking so that the hotel can offer a room that can accommodate a cot. In case of later request, the hotel will do its best to satisfy the request of the guest, but can not guarantee it.

 

BOOKING

A proposal sent by the hotel does not constitute a commitment and means subject to availability. All reservations will be considered firm and final after receipt by the hotel of the deposit paid by the customer, up to 50% of the total booking amount (100% for a Non Refundable reservation. The deposit is not refundable. It can not be transferred to a later or different stay.

Once the deposit collected by the hotel, a confirmation is sent to the client. No room number will be confirmed at this stage, the rooms being discretion granted by the hotel.

 

PAYMENT

The balance of the stay, as well as any other service provided by the hotel (extras) must be paid on or before the day of departure. A credit card imprint will be required on arrival, as guarantee. In case of default on departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge on the credit card given as security amounts payable as a benefit of the Regulation in accordance with the law. A proof will be sent to the e-mail address used by the customer upon booking.

Payments can be made by credit card, cash or french bank checks.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation must be sent by post or e-mail. That aside, to be valid, must be confirmed by the hotel in writing, by post or by e-mail.

If canceled, the deposit is retained in full and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In case of no show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the entire stay per room will be charged and the booking will be automatically canceled.

For stays changes (change of dates, shortening stay), every canceled night will be charged and the quotation of the stay may be reviewed.


EARLY DEPARTURE

Any stay started is due in full.

The entire deposit shall be forfeited to the hotel in case of interruption of stay. Similarly, the total amount of the booked stay is due in its entirety. Early departures and non consumed services by the hotel guest, for any reason whatsoever, shall not be entitled to any refund or reduction. The balance of the stay, including extra will be charged in its entirety.

The hotel guest prematurely interrupting his stay may ask his insurance for reimbursement of nights billed and not consumed, subject to the presentation of a medical certificate. In any case the refund will be payable by the hotel.

 

ACCOMMODATION

The rooms aremade available tocustomersfrom 4pmon the dayof arrival.They must bevacated by10amonday of departure.If the hotel guest wishes to keephis roombeyond10am,it is to be requestedat the receptionat least 12 hoursin advance.Late check-outcan not begranted unless thehotel availabilityallows.Anydeparturebetween 10am and12amwill be charged38 €, between12am and 2pm: 60 €between2pmand 4pm: 110 € and 200€between 4pmand 6pm. Beyond that,the night will beduein full.

In case of deterioration of furniture, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the repair or replacement cost.


CHILDREN POLICY

We kindly ask parents to ensure that their children do not enter the facilities for staff. Any incident caused by a child will be the responsibility of the responsible adult. The responsible agrees to pay any order placed by the child under his responsibility.

The Spa is meant to be a relaxing space and the pool is not supervised. As such :

  • Access tothe swimming pool,indoor and outdoor jacuzziare prohibited for children under 16years oldunaccompanied; childrenbeing under the responsibilityof the parents;
  • Saunaand Turkish bathare forbiddento children under 18 years old;
  • Thefitness areaisprohibited for childrenunder 16 years old unaccompanied.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

Dinner is served at the hotel's restaurant from 7pm to 9:30pm. In case of arrival after 9:30pm a cold meal can be served in the room, subject to inform the hotel no later than 7pm on the day of arrival.


BAGGAGE

The hotel provides its guests with a luggage storage room. Luggage storage remain the responsibility of the users of luggage room. The hotel will in no way be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to luggage stored by customers in the public areas of the hotel. Animals, flammable and/or dangerous objects will not be accepted in the luggage room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse an object if it considers protect the security of the hotel. All luggage of a person not staying at the hotel PASHMINA will not be accepted in the storage room.


SMOKING POLICY

In accordance with the Law of 1 January 2008 the entire hotel is non smoking. Please respect this restriction, also in the rooms. A sum up to € 70 per day will be charged if you smoke in your room, to compensate for the thorough cleaning of carpets and fabrics to eliminate tobacco odors for the next hotel guest. Please do not to throw cigarette butts out the windows and over the balconies. Smoking is possible on the terrace or in our panoramic smoking room and we can provide an ashtray for your balcony.

 

INSURANCE The hotel purchases and maintains a valid state liability insurance, guaranteeing the physical and material damage occurring to hotel guest due to its operation, and during the whole stay. We recommend guests to take out any insurance necessary for their personal coverage. Insurance "snow" can be provided when buying ski passes at the hotel, or at ski-passes booth.

 

TERMINATION CLAUSE

The reservation contract will be terminated as of right by the hotel, without this giving rise to a payment of damages to customers, in case of act of God events, or in case of impossibility of operating hotel in accordance with commonly accepted standards for reasons not attributable to the hotel, especially in case of late opening or not opening of the resort (natural disaster, road closed etc) and in case of default of payment of the hotel guest. If the hotel makes use of this termination clause, there will be the mere reimbursement of amounts collected as a deposit with no markup.

 

TREATMENT OF CLAIM, DISPUTE

By confirming the reservation, the customer agrees to accept the conditions of sale as well as the internal rules of the hotel. If violations are found or damage after departure, the amount of compensation will be charged to the credit card of the client.

Any claim relating to a service must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the hotel PASHMINA. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract and that could not be an amicable settlement will be brought before the Commercial Court of Albertville, France.
