In February 2017, Chef Josselin JEANBLANC takes the hotel restaurant to the top and glides down the green slope of the great Guide Rouge by entering it with this first star in the first year of the restaurant's opening.

How to get to Les Explorateurs restaurant from the centre of Val Thorens?
From Val Thorens town centre, walk up the Grande Rue towards the Place du Slalom. Once on the place du Slalom, pass the new medical centre of the resort, and you have arrived at the gastronomic restaurant Les Explorateurs.
