After a day on the slopes of Val Thorens, the Pashmina offers a gentle way to unwind.
A heated pool, whirlpool baths, sauna, steam room and Nordic bath make up a comprehensive wellness programme. At the Spa by L’Occitane, massages extend the experience with targeted treatments to relax both body and mind.
Aqua Pashmina: every facility has its purpose
The Pashmina wellness area brings together, across 450 m², everything you really need for proper post-ski recovery. The heated indoor pool and its large bay windows opening out onto the slopes and mountain peaks. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The old-wood sauna and the hammam for dry and humid heat. The outdoor Nordic bath, open to the sky and facing the peaks, for those who love thermal contrasts. And at the heart of the space, a collagen bar: drinks designed to support joint and muscle recovery, complementing the treatments offered in the treatment rooms. Access to Aqua Pashmina is included in your stay.
The Spa by L’Occitane: two signature massages for two different needs
For those wishing to extend the experience, the Spa by L’Occitane offers five treatment rooms with two massages that are particularly noteworthy.
The Après-Ski massage, a treatment approved by Adrien Théaux, a member of the French national ski team, targets the deep muscles used during skiing: draining toxins, reducing micro-injuries and relaxing the muscle fibres. The aim is clear: to ensure the body is ready to hit the slopes the next day as if it were the first.
The Signature Pashmina massage follows a different approach: a bespoke treatment, from head to toe, tailored to your physical and emotional needs at the time, alternating between gentle and invigorating techniques. In the 80-minute version, heated balls are used to release the last traces of tension for complete relaxation.
