Yes, Base Camp offers the “Refuge Brunch” every day at lunchtime, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, featuring generous buffets and live cooking with a view of the mountain peaks. It is also available as a Brunch & Spa package, combining access to Aqua Pashmina, a Signature massage, and a gourmet brunch.

The two restaurants share the same team of chefs but offer distinct dining experiences. Les Explorateurs is the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, open for dinner only, serving inventive and meticulously prepared Alpine haute cuisine to thirty guests. Le Base Camp is the hotel’s bistronomic restaurant, open from breakfast through dinner, where Alpine cuisine is enjoyed in the warm, communal atmosphere of a mountain lodge.

Yes, two events highlight the week. On Tuesdays, Les Hautes Braises celebrates fire-cooked cuisine: smoked, grilled, and braised—bold cooking techniques that bring out the full flavor of mountain produce. On Fridays, the Soirée Transalpine offers a buffet of carefully selected Savoyard and Italian specialties, an invitation to explore both sides of the Alps without leaving the table.
