Sébastien, a pastry chef inspired by the mountains, relies on local produce and seasonal flavors. Involved from the hotel’s opening in 2015, he was awarded the Trophée Passion Dessert by the Michelin Guide in 2023.

This unique journey to discover mountain produce, guided by a duo of complicit chefs, takes place under the benevolent guidance of Romuald Fassenet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef.
